Luminary care agency is an approved care provider to provide personalised care enabling service users to live healthy and independent lives in the comfort of their own homes. We operate with integrity and transparency and are registered with the Care Quality Commission in England, who regulate and inspect care services for quality. We are also compliant with The Essential Standards of Quality and Safety (Section 20 regulations of the Health and Social Care Act 2008). Care is tailored to suit individual care needs and is delivered with greatest respect and dignity.
Together as an experienced team we will ensure your loved one is provided with flexible and adaptable support when and where you need it. Whether it is just for an hour a day or 24-hour live-in care, you will have peace of mind. We offer staffing to meet individuals’ specific requirements enabling customers to live healthy and independent lives in safety and comfort.
Our Team
At Luminary care agency we offer home care and live in care services to individuals in their homes and in the community. We aim to promote independence and well-being for the elderly learning disabilities, mental health and challenging behaviour. We support service users and their families with a range of daily living tasks including personal care, domestic chores, health needs, independent living skills and anything else required to maintain their well-being. We aspire to ongoing develop responsively to need and provide services in service users’ best interest.
Our vision
Each service users’ needs are comprehensively assessed with an individualised care plan reflecting needs, preferences and choices. We aim to support people have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff support them in the least restrictive way possible. We value promotion of independence and inclusion.
